How long till I get my wig?
Processing times for wig orders are as follows:
Bundles and closures a processing time of 5-15 business days. Custom and handmade wig orders either with hair provided by us or through the Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) service have a processing time of 1-3 weeks. Wig Spa services have a processing time of 3-5 business days after we have received your unit. Custom colour orders require an additional 4 business days for processing.
Shipping time is 4-8 business days for all orders placed within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Business days and hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 7 pm. Overnight/expedited shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.
Can I Change My Order?
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us should you need to amend your order. After that, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. Please use the size guide on our site to take your measurements and ensure an accurate fit. No changes can be made to any BYOB orders after the colouring process is completed.
What if my wig doesn’t fit?
MsGert Luxury Hair is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.
Can I add more density to a wig?
All wigs 18” and up are created with 3 bundles of the same length (200% density). Wigs 18” and shorter are created with 2-2.5 bundles of the same length (150% density). If you would like to add more bundles to your order, you can add additional bundles to your wig unit by emailing us with your order number. A separate invoice will be sent to your inbox for this service. Additional bundles must be in the same cart as the wig you are purchasing. No changes can be made after your order is modified and finalised.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. MsGert Luxury Hair is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
